Copy a Company from Another Country

There is no domestic version of Kraft Dinner in Korea. Alternatively it is very hard to find nengmyeon outside of Korea. There are probably hundreds of products that are very popular in their home country that would be successful overseas. Tacos and hot sauce as a snack is almost global but here in Korea all of it is imported. Someone could start a company and produce these products locally from locally sourced ingredients and hence sell the resulting products at a very competitive price. You could do the same wherever you are with foods, kitchen utensils (Mocka pots, coffee grinders), websites, etc.
